- You must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Your business must be a private entity registered in a state within the U.S. and maintains a primary place of business in the U.S.
- You must have used the ZenBusiness.com formation service within the last 3-6 months to complete your new business formation
- Your business must produce products or deliver services that solve a problem, benefit others, or meet a need in your community
- Only one entry per applicant per month
- Winners of a previous ZenBusiness award or grant are not eligible to reapply for another grant
- We reserve the right to reject and/or disqualify any application that does not meet the eligibility requirements
- Each applicant grants ZenBusiness permission to use their individual name, entity name, photograph, application submission and content, ZenBusiness account information, biography information, etc. for advertising, promotion, or publicity purposes in perpetuity and with no royalties owed
- If you are a winner, you agree to an on-camera interview
- If you are a winner, you must provide your FEIN Number (if applicable), W-9, & banking details to receive the award via wire transfer. You acknowledge that failure to respond with the required 10 business days of being notified may result in ineligibility for the Grant Program.
- You are responsible for providing us and maintaining your most current email address, mailing address and other means of contact.
